We have a fantastic team of caring and supportive instructors. All Victory Professional Development Center staff are passionate about making a difference in students lives, through their tireless dedication and drive to shape the human mind. Get to know our committed team and their role in continuing our tradition of academic excellence.

Dr. Suporior Campbell
​DNP, FNP-BC

CEO

Dr. Suporior Campbell is the owner and C.E.O. of Victory Professional Development Center. Dr. Campbell is a former educator, hospitalist, and mid-level provider. She is married to Pastor Leo Campbell.

Leo Campbell
Certified CPR Instructor

COO & CPR/

First Aide Instructor

Leo Campbell retired from Alabama Power Company in April 2020 after 33 years. Since 2005, he has served as the pastor of The First Missionary Baptist Church in Tensaw, Alabama. Mr. Campbell enjoys spending time with his family, being a part of ministry, studying the word of God, and growing the businesses.

Annie Braxton
MSN, BSN, BS, RN

CNA Instructor

Annie Braxton is passionate about motivating and empowering students to be achievers. She has served as a cardiac nurse, director of Infection Control, and chosen to be employee of the month. She believes healthcare is more than a desire, it's a calling.

Ariel
Foxx
 

Administrative Assistant

Ariel Foxx is a genuine, caring, inspirational, and very energetic. She is on a mission to help others succeed and is always willing to help students no matter what the situation is. She wishes all VPCD students the best on their journey of success and thanks them for choosing Victory!

Howell
RN

CNA Instructor

Cynthia Howell lives in St. Stephens, AL. Her hobbies include sewing, shopping, and browsing antique stores. Ms. Howell hopes she is making a different in someone life. She says this is the "best job ever, working as an instructor for VPDC."

Pernell

MA, CPT

CPT Instructor

Urlica Pernell is a native of Jackson Ala. and a Jackson High Alumni of '93. She a mother of two children, NaPortia and Katelon. She was a Medical Assistant before becoming a CPT. She also work with the Mobile County Health Department.

CNA Instructor

Cornelia Dyess has worked with Victory Professional Development Center for more than three years - serving and teaching the next generation of certified nursing assistants.

Courtney

Steele

MBA, BS

Director of Marketing

Courtney Steele started her career with a background in broadcast journalism and is now using that experience in the role of public relations and marketing. She enjoys traveling, trying new foods, working on her business, and spending time with friends and family.

Markita

Stewart

CCMA

CMA Instructor

Markita Stewart is an exciting member of the VPDC team who teaches the certified medical assistant program in Jackson, AL. She enjoys using her bubbly personality to bring laughter and fun to the curriculum she teaches.

Colleen Williams
RN, BSN, CIC

CNA Instructor

Colleen Williams has been a nurse for more than 46 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals and nursing homes. She has extra training and experience in infection prevention. Williams is now interested in sharing her knowledge with her CNA students.

Juanita
Williams

BNS, RN-MAS

CNA Instructor

Juanita Williams has worked as a staff nurse/clinic nurse in the areas of med-surg, pediatric, and psychiatry. She has also held charge nurse, supervisory, and nurse manager positions in her career. She is certified as a medication assistant supervising (MAS) nurse and RN.
